Yes, from your account, any time before the next renewal.
What if I'm away?
Skip the next box from your account. It pushes the schedule on by one cycle.
How do I cancel?
Log in, go to Subscriptions, cancel. Takes about ten seconds. Any filters already on their way are yours to keep.
How often do I change the filter?
Every two to four weeks depending on how many pets drink from it and how hard your water is. A four pack covers a single pet household for about two months. Filters are activated carbon and slot straight into the pump housing.
