When will my Founding Drop order arrive?
The first production run ships in December 2026. You're charged at checkout, you'll get a dispatch email with tracking when it leaves the warehouse, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships.
What if the run is delayed?
We'll tell you as soon as we know, with a new date. If you don't want to wait, cancel for a full refund. No hoops.
Why charge now rather than on dispatch?
Because the money is what pays for the first run. We'd rather be honest about that than pretend we're a big company with stock in a warehouse.
What's the guarantee?
30 day money back, no questions asked, and a 2 year warranty on the fountain, pump and base. If something goes wrong, email hello@bram.pet and we sort it.
Will my cat or dog actually use it?
Most cats and dogs take to moving water quickly because it looks and smells fresher than a still bowl. Put it where the old bowl was, leave the old bowl out for the first day or two, and let them explore it. If your pet isn't drinking from it after 30 days, send it back for a full refund.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Right now we ship to the UK. US and EU shipping is coming with the first run; leave your email at the bottom of the page and we'll tell you the moment it opens.
